ISO 17024 - Conformity Assessment defines requirements and criteria for the operations of Personnel Certification Bodies. Personnel Certification Bodies Accreditation Standard was firstly introduced in 2003 and in July, 2012 it was further revised and updated.
Accreditation Bodies' global association doing conformity assessment for quality management systems, products (design & development), services and personnel etc is known as "The International Accreditation Forum (IAF)". ISO/IEC 17024:2012 : Conformity Assessment is also known as general requirements for Personnel Certification Bodies Accreditation.
